KontoFX WebTrader
KontoFX uses a dynamic WebTrader platform that is based on the classic MT4 platform but simplified so that it can be easy-to-use even for complete beginners. The WebTrader platform is a browser-based platform, which means it does not require any downloads or installations on your device. It can simply be accessed via KontoFX’s “Trade Now” page. Finally, unlike many other web-based platforms, KontoFX WebTrader does not need Flash to operate, which means it can be run on almost any device.
The KontoFX WebTrader is available on PC and Mac computers and laptops. They are currently developing a mobile version which will be available for both Android and IOS devices.
Education
KontoFX offers an entire education section on their site, with four different pages specifically devoted to teaching traders the basics of Crypto CFD Trading. Under the “learn” tab on the website, users can find what is CFD trading, what is crypto trading, information on cryptocurrencies and a glossary of all the major trading terms all investors should know.

KontoFX claims to offer 24/5 customer support through email, phone or live chat. On their contact page, they mention their customer care team is not in fact available 24 hours a day, but 5:00 – 22:00 GMT. This customer support is available in English, German and Spanish.
