    While writing this particular broker review we wanted to see how functional and accessible is the customer support service and the website in general. We are delighted to report that the main website is available in several different languages including: English, Turkish, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and several others.

    We were, however, slightly disappointed with the customer support accessibility as the only two means of accessing OptionM is through an information email and a telephone number. They did not integrate a Live web chat option on their website which is a shame as this is the most popular way of providing quality customer support service nowadays. This is also the reason why we weren’t able to test the customer support on the spot as we are still waiting for an email response.

    According to their website, OptionM is an innovative company that offers investment management and other financial services. They are operating out of Vanterpool Plaza, Wickhams Cay 1,n\Road Town, Tortola. However, they do not seem to be adequately registered or licensed. In fact, we cannot find any records of a license number on their website which leads us to believe that they aren’t, in fact, a regulated company.

    When it comes to depositing and withdrawing your funds with OptionM, according to their website they offer multiple means of doing so.

    For withdrawals, the following options are available: bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, WebMoney, Skrill, iDeal, Neteller and Sofort. During this OptionM review we have discovered that the broker does not apply any fees for withdrawals but warns their clients that if they choose the bank wire option, the bank might apply charges for the service. Deposit options are the same as withdrawal options, with the minimum deposit amount being $250.
