In 2001, the pioneering company, Easy Forex Trading Ltd, currently operating with the trading name ‘EasyMarkets.com’, established the first web based Forex platform for trading financial instruments. The re-branding of the website to EasyMarkets.com in 2015, saw the launch of a new trading platform offering a much broader range of financial instruments, both traditional and revolutionary. Currently, EasyMarkets offers traders the opportunity to trade Forex, CFDs, Metals, Commodities, Vanilla Options, Indices and Cryptocurrencies, on the EasyMarkets proprietary trading platform or the MT4 platform. The new EasyMarkets trading app is available free for Android and iOS mobile devices, giving traders access to 300+ market instruments on the go.

EasyMarkets prides itself for transparency with no ‘sneaky fees’ or commissions, free guaranteed stop loss and fixed spreads. Importantly, it offers traders a unique ‘deal cancellation’ tool for undoing losing trades within one hour of making a deal. Despite the new trading name, the EasyMarkets website is operated by Easy Forex Trading Ltd, licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). EasyMarkets is available in English, Chinese, Arabic and Polish languages with 24/5 live support.

  1. EasyMarkets Account Features

Two types of live trading account are offered by easyMarkets. These are the Standard account and the VIP account. Islamic compliant versions of the trading accounts are offered to clients following the Islamic faith.

    Standard Forex Account

Traders opening a Standard Forex account must make a minimum deposit of $100 for fixed spreads commencing at 3 pips. To open a 1 pip Standard Forex account, clients must make a minimum deposit of $250. The Standard trading account offers a client relationship manager, free trading signals, technical reports and guides on how to use them, free basic education and a platform tour.

    VIP Client Forex Account

Clients need to make a minimum deposit of $2,500 to open a VIP account. The spreads are fixed and as low as 1 pip. As with the standard account clients enjoy free trading signals, charts, technical reports, basic education and a platform tour. Notably, in addition to a client relationship manager, VIP clients have SMS market updates, a personal analyst and trading support 24 hours a day over live chat or on the phone. What’s more, VIP clients enjoy express withdrawals from their easyMarkets trading accounts.

    Islamic Account

EasyMarkets offers Islamic compliant trading that adheres to Sharia law. Significantly, the Islamic account has the same features and benefits as the standard trading accounts. However, when traders extend trading deals to the next day, no rolling fee is charged. Customers can contact the support team for information about opening an Islamic compliant trading account.

    Demo Account/Risk Free Trading Simulator

A free Demo account also called the Risk-Free Trading Simulator can be opened at easyMarkets. It gives traders the opportunity to become familiar with the trading platforms and financial instruments whilst using virtual money. The Risk-Free Trading Simulator expires after 8 days and does not oblige traders to open a live account. However, if traders do set up a live easyMarkets trading account, a lifetime Demo account is made available for practicing trading strategies before opening live deals.

  2. EasyMarkets Trading Software

Spreads are fixed for Forex accounts at easyMarkets without commission or hidden fees. For the standard Forex live trading account, spreads can be as low as 3 pips, tightening to 1 pip for traders upgrading to the VIP Client account.  Because easyMarkets is a ‘market maker’, it can offer traders access to tier-1 banks providing high liquidity and competitive pricing with no slippage. What’s more, clients can use the unique deal cancellation feature and enjoy the safety of a guaranteed stop loss, whilst trading with up to 100% margin.

    EasyMarkets Vanilla Options

EasyMarkets offers traders easyMarkets Vanilla Options for the opportunity to trade Forex currency pairs, commodity crosses and metals in a completely different way. Primarily, Vanilla Options give traders the opportunity to trade more flexibly than with CFD and spot Forex trading. What’s more, traders cannot be stopped out or charged rolling fees. Vanilla Options allow trade of 7 major currencies against the USD as well as trading in minor currency crosses and exotic currency crosses.

Some traders may confuse easyMarkets Vanilla Options with Binary Options. Whilst they have some common features, there are significant differences between them. Unlike Binary Options, easyMarkets Vanilla Options do not have pay out limits when traders win. Moreover, traders can close their positions with no obligation within the life of a contract without having to stick to an expiration date.

EasyMarkets offers traders a choice of two main trading platforms, each with free mobile trading apps ensuring continuous access to global markets, easily and conveniently.
