The professional approach ensures a loyal customer base and we at FairBinary, through the DragonOptions review, in many ways, can see why.

For DragonOptions review our attention also focused on the areas covered by the awards and certificates DragonOptions holds, such as CROFR Certification and 2012 Global Banking and Finance Award.

  2. Dragon Options has a very simple trading interface that will make placing trades fast and efficient. When it comes to tools and options there isn’t such a rich experience as some may have grown accustomed with the next generation binary options platform software developers. The trading interface of DragonOptions enables smooth trading with a solid data stream. No hiccups or freezes, everything worked fine for us. For the Dragon Options review we used a Mac and a Windows environment with Safari and Chrome.

DragonOptions enables customers to trade many types of binary options and enables them to tailor their own instruments. Some of the binary options types and instrument tools are the High/Low binary options, OneTouch options, 60 seconds binary turbo option, Option builder and the Black Dragon. In the Dragon Options broker review we will focus primarily on the more exotic tools: Binary Options builder and Black Dragon.

Options Builder is not so common feature that lets users design their own binary options instruments in a way that they can choose assets, expiry and risk profiles. This tool enables DragonOptions traders to improve their risk management by choosing the appropriate risk-payout ratio.

Black Dragon by DragonOptions is an advanced tool akin to the early close feature enabling users to get rid of the risk burden if they see it as incompatible with their portfolio setup at that moment. It’s not only the function but the design of the tool itself. The new and improved interface lets users gain better overview with a larger and more detailed graphing tool. The Sell option is available during the last hour before expiry. During the Dragon Options review we found out that if we wanted to use this BlackDragon, we needed to open the trade only in Black Dragon and be in the “Buy me out zone”. During the DragonOptions review we were aware that only 23 assets are available for selling with Black Dragon binary options tool.

Other than that, DragonOptions also offers tools such as Rollover, Double Up, Earnings season calendar, financial indicators overview Economic calendar, DragonOptions review of markets and much more. The asset index has 90 stocks, 24 currency pairs, 12 commodities and 44 indices.

  3. Dragon Options customer service is an excellent system of help-desk and training professionals who help users with technical questions and with some loyalty programs – with trading education. The most important part is enabling traders to use the platform in the most efficient way. DragonOption support was more than accommodating to our questions during the review.

Customer support can be contacted via live chat, e-mail and phone (numbers for UK, Russia, Cyprus and Turkey are available). FAQ is helpful and for the DragonOptions review we praise the fact that it is sorted according to categories of questions.

  4. DragonOptions offers many ways to transfer funds from and to the trading account. Traders can use Visa, MasterCard, QIWI, WireTransfer, WebMoney, WalletOne, MonetaRu, Skrill, and CashU. The regulated status was one of the important determinants when we were deciding if we were going to do the DragonOptions Review.

All in all, depositing is quite easy and fast. The minimum amount is $250, EUR 250, 9000 RUB or 500TL. Withdrawals depend on the type of account the customer has chosen, but even with up to 3 days processing time with the Dragon Options basic account, the processing time is in line with the rest of the industry. Fees can apply when withdrawing using the bank wire transfers – $30 withdrawal amount is above $500 you are allowed to do 3 withdrawals free of charge in total (less if you did other withdrawals during this month). With DragonOptions review we saw, if amount of withdrawal is less then $500 no matter how many withdrawals you did during this month, commission of $30 will be charged. If withdrawal amount is less then $10 when using net wallets, every withdrawal will be charged additional $5.

During the review we found out that the company running Dragon Option has the same name as the brand, called Dragon Options LtD.
