[UPDATE ] AMF encourages traders to withdraw money from PegaseCapital French regulatory body for binary options, the AMF, is encouraging traders to withdraw money from PegaseCapital who was stripped of their CySEC license earlier in June 2016. Their license was suspended in February 2016, but it seems that this broker and company behind it have no intentions to give traders their money back. Find out more about InteractiveOption scam. PegaseCapital owns several domains: www.interactiveoption.com, www.interactive-option.com, www.hellobrokers.com, www.mtxplus.com and www.pegasecapital.com Even though the AMF advises to contact the broker as soon as possible and request an immediate withdrawal, at the moment it is impossible to reach any of the above-listed websites. In the paper, the AMF is also remembering traders that they should contact CySEC, as well: "Under these circumstances, the AMF recommends that investors who have opened an account on one or more of these websites immediately send a registered letter to Pegase Capital Ltd and a copy of this letter to the CySEC asking that their account(s) be closed, that they be reimbursed any balances, and, depending on the situation, putting forward a complaint." This step is somewhat expected, as InteraciveOption has been suspended by CySEC from February 2016. InteractiveOption failed to operate according to CySEC’s rules and did not meet all the necessary requirements in order to keep the license. First, CySEC suspended them from providing any service and meanwhile other regulatory bodies also issued warnings regarding InteractiveOption. More about this InteractiveOption scam case. Before the suspension in February, CySEC also fined InteractiveOption with €300,000 for failing to comply with several rules, and especially laws regarding regulation and money laundering. At the moment, the information about InteractiveOption being regulated by CySEC is still visible on the website, as well as the note about the suspension. Luckily for traders, according to the CySEC announcement, renouncing the license does not mean that the broker can operate without supervision: “The Company is obliged to settle within a period of three (3) months, pursuant to section 24(3) of the Law, its obligations arising from the investment services that lapsed.
