Recently we have been getting more and more reports of a new scam practice that seems to get popular among the crooks. They seem to buy stolen customer data and contact other brokers’ customers by phone or e-mail. This was also recently discovered as a customer talked to us regarding her being contacted by EveryOption, a broker she never signed up with. This is a really concerning trend so we want to highlight this EveryOption scam here and warn customers only to deal with approved Fair Binary Options brokers.
EveryOption Scam involves cold calling customers and trying to get them to sign up to their service. As always, the question remains, where do they get the data from. These kind of binary options scams are dangerous for our industry since it heavily relies on trust and we want to enhance transparency exactly because traders should find it easier to pick good and honest brokers.
We are quoting the mail our customer got after she was contacted by phone by EveryOption scam staff:
Following our phone conversation regarding the managed account,
a managed account means that your money will be managed by a team of professional traders and analysts on your behalf. This gives you the unique opportunity of benefiting from the advantages that regularly are enjoyed only by investors with 100,000 $ and above.
Being the largest Binary option trading company in the world, ‘EveryOption’ is in the position of creating a ‘lot’ – that is an account consisting of a large number of small investors amounting to the size of account required.
Our unique software enables us to do this – and you will benefit from it.
It’s time to give you a new experience with trading.

We believe this is a terrible practice that should be stopped. EveryOption scam alert is still on, and, as noted we urge customers to be highly carefull when picking the right broker for them. Do we need to mention that managed account is one of the most dangerous things to do agree on with binary options crooks since you are essentially placing your funds into their hands.
